Ok so a little about me. I am 30 yrs old I'm 6' 6" and currently weigh 310 lbs. I use to be in much better shape in my early 20's, when I use to do MMA. I'm back in the gym for the last few weeks, doing alot of cardio, and some lifting. U also have my diet dialed in again. Now I'm getting ready to place an order. It was suggested by people from another forum that I run test at 50-100 mg wk, tren the same. Does this seem suitable? Is there anything better for what I'm trying to do? welcome to adrenaline rush brother... great to have you here... i am more than happy to help you here... i have no clue where in the world you were recommended this type of cycle but yo have only been back in the gym for a few weeks? my assumption is your body fat is extremely high... what are your full stats? age/height/weight/body fat? cycle history? goals? its hard to make a proper recommendation without all the pertinent information...
I am 30 years old 6ft 6in tall I currently weigh 310. When I was younger I had done cycles with test, tren, and gh, I have done 2 8 week cycles. Yes my body fat is higher than its ever been and I'm fed up with it. I went through a bad divorce lost my son and spiraled into a deep depression for a few years. I've finally got everything back where it needs to be and I want to get back to how I use to be. As far as goals I'd say slim down and then get as big as possible I'd like to see me back around 230 shredded. Thanks again for any advice I really do appreciate you taking your time to help

Hey brother... I think that is wonderful you are finally fed up and taking control but bro, seriously, your going to kill yourself if you start trying to run juice and especially tren... i think you have a very strong misunderstanding and misconception are why steroids are used and who they are for but when you are in the condition you are in, you are nowhere near ready for steroids... steroids ARE NOT fat burners, not used to drop massive amounts of weight and DEFINITELY not for anyone with elevated body fat that has been out of the gym this long... you are going to set yourself back even further than you are if you go through with that cycle... you need to do this the right way... you have the right mind set and you CERTAINLY can run a cycle in the future, WHEN YOUR READY... whoever told you it was okay to run a cycle, ESPECIALLY tren should NEVER and I mean NEVER post about steroids again in any way shape or form and i would actually like to know what kind of a sick fuck would advise you to do this... you CAN use enhancement to get your body fat down and get moving in the right direction and with your strong attitude and discipline, you will absolutely surpass your goals... we actually care here... we look at health and longevity FIRST...
if you want to run things like sarms and peptides to get your body fat down and get you still preserving muscle and getting steroid like results without the side effects, then you can definitely entertain that and i would be happy to help you with that but anyone that tells you to run a cycle or that you can safely or should even consider it has no place on any forum at all...
Ok I full understand what you're saying and I'm glad that I asked on this forum before going through with what I was about to do. I would really appreciate your help and any knowledge you would be willing to pass my way. What sarms/peptides would you recommend? If you would be willing to break down dosage and cycle for me would be great. Maybe even point me in the right direction of finding would be cool too. Anything you can do will be greatly appreciated and I'll do everything the way you lay it out. Thanks again this forum had already turned out alot better than the last.

You my friend are a breath of fresh air... I love the fact that you listen and dont try to do something just because you want to... that makes me want to help you even more... trust me when i tell you, you go about things the RIGHT way in terms of safety, structure, timing, etc. then you will surpass all expectations and goals you have set for yourself but if you do this the wrong way, the dangerous way then you will be done before you even begin... right now, i would recommend a sarms stack and i would add either eca or albuterol to ii the second time through.... i would have you start with one initially but when you are too far overweight i do not like too much stress on your cardio vascular system as chances are your blood pressure is already elevated and i want to avoid any added strain that can be added with stimulant use... this cycle will be perfect for you... you can start melting away fat and increasing all your cardiovascular performance while still preserving and adding lean muscle in the process...
