Workout Routines!

So I just wanted to know if you guys know of any good workout routines. I've been doing my own thing for a while now and I wanna switch it up! I was thinking of doing Jay Cutler's 8 week mass again. I've done it once a couple years back and I liked it but I just wanted to know what workout routines you guys like. Main goal is just lean bulking! Thanks!

Fst7 is a great one to stimulate lean mass. Also 5x5 strong lifts, complexes, dc training... it all depends on how you respond to training... heavy volume or heavy weight. I found I respond best with heavy sets followed by widowmaker sets similar to the dc style. Google them and see what you think.

Try jefit app you can download routines or customize your own for each individual body part that you want to work. Also if ypu are unsure what something is it shows you how to do it right in where you log your reps...I use this app religiously now and love it.

Training is one of those things that's going to be different for everyone just like diet, cycles etc.

I don't respond well to high volume bro splits. Tried it and I go nowhere with it. I have to do low volume high intensity, and DC training is my training of choice. It's definitely not for everyone though. Workouts are short, but intense and only 3 days per week. I grow like mad on it and get strong as hell, but you have to bring the intensity and do it as its setup or its all for nothing

Well the thing that sucks is I can't go too heavy because I have a lot of back problems.. but I do love doing high volume. I work out for about 2-3 hours just because I do a lot of stuff and that includes 15-20 minutes of abs as well as 30-60 minutes of cardio. I'm trying to stay in the 8-10% bf range and keep my mass up. Yeah the 5X5 training I absolutely loved. That's one of the first things I've done when I first got into lifting and I put on a lot of muscle with that one!

Yeah I've never done DC training but I heard it was killer!

Bro I moved this to diet and training section for you. Doesn't really belong in the main forum. Should also illicit some more responses for you hopefully
