What's a good workout routine to use. I check bodybuilding.com and they have a few for bulking. I'm about to start my triple stack from sarmsx. is a 12 week stack. So I wonder if there is a workout routine I should do.

That's an extremely vague and open ended question bro. It's open to interpretation and you could get a thousand answers since everyone has different programs that work for them. You just have to pick something and go with it man.

if you're a beginner, maybe 5x5 as this incorporates the fundamentals and is designed to help improve strength. but like brother @rickrock says very vague question. what's your goals/training experience etc?

I downloaded this training schedule. I think it looks good. I been working out for 2 years now. But not to much results. My goal is to bulk as much as b posible. I'm only 142lbs. And 40 years old. 5'7"

That's a lot of shoulder homie. It seems you might be a beginner. Let us know your experience and stats (height, weight, body fat %). Also how many days are you going to commit to the gym? This will help out a lot. I'm thinking either a push, pull, leg schedule or just even something simpler

Ok saw some stats 4 days? Day 1- quads, hams, calves. Day 2- chest, tris. Day 3- back, bis. Day 4- shoulders, abs. Try to work your weaker body parts after a rest day. Also you should be eating about 1.5 grams of protein per pound. Get in your veggies, complex carbs, and healthy fats. You need to be eating in a surplus and providing your body with the proper nutrition to get those gains

Keep in mind, you can have a great workout routine with SARMs added in there but you will never grow unless you feed those gains. To be direct, I would say that 9 out of 10 guys that are underweight think they are eating enough to make gains but they are nowhere near it.

That could be much better balanced. All that shoulder work is overkill. Need everything balanced better. And legs are getting trained half of what everything else is. That makes no sense to me bud
