Workout routine and assistance

Nothing to be hard on u seem to have a handle in what ur doing. Maybe just a few tweaks here and there and ur back in the mix. Also, be careful with the two a days. It can tire u out and cause some over training. Which will also make your gains suffer and just demotivate you because your body is fatigued.

Sometimes if im feeling just blah about lifting. Ill take 2-3 days off and do no lift or anything related to fitness and go have some fun. By the third day im chimping at the bit to go lift. You need to keep yoir mind strong as well as the body. The body does what the brain says. Always remember that.

Greatly appreciate the insight and advice! Maybe ill decide to drop the mid days and do evenings only.. (I have access to more machines..free weights etc. in the evening)

Right! Again makes sense to me. I do find myself on Tuesdays and Thursdays losing the motivation as I put in a workout mid day about 45min..then in the evening for another hour and 15. I will keep this in mind and change it up! Thanks for not being too hardh on me lol

I used to train abs 3x a week. I see no difference with only doing them once or 2x to be honest. Abs are made in the kitchen (and the bedroom lol! )

Thanks for the workout advice. But I absolutely do not eat sweets fast food or pizza. Really did you read any of my other posts? I know you're trying to help but frankly that was kind of rude! If you count greek yogurt as a sweet so be it im a sweetaholic! I will definitely take your workout advice but not the crap comments you made. I posted up my calories and macros in my introduction..this was a strictly workout post!Thank you Jake I appreciate the time you took to give me the workout advice!

No..I only read this post. It does not mention diet, and that you have only begun squats. Yes I did completely read THIS post . I guess I should have left my wife answer you. I do not see how you can have a good diet and a good workout and weigh that much at only 5'4. Yes I was only trying to help, and I am sorry if you take offense to the weight loss comment, but unfortunaletly that is one of the issues we all deal with. If Imissed something in this post please tell me what.

Right again this was assistance with my workouts..again my intro has my diet. The comments you could have omitted were your assumptions. Have I always ate healthy? No... apparently. . Does every 5'4" women need to be 115# because your wife is?no ... have I been in this lifestyle as long as you or your wife? Absolutely not. We all have to start somewhere right? So your comments came off a little rude. Especially when you haven't read my other post. Next time you should ask the ?'s and not make rude assumptions. And the reason I didn't do squats before as I typically ran and focused my lifting on my upper body. Im trying to transition out of that.... again another thing that was in my intro. I did appreciate your workout advice that was thoroughly helpful. But not the crappy comments that's all!

You need a little more background before you go and dump on someone. Go read her introduction post. You can't assume someone's diet is crap and loaded with sweets just bc they carry a little weight. I'm 5'8" and average 145# but I also only wear a size 4 in pants. There's a good chance that being female, we've carried a child or 2 as well...or more in my case.

Lol its ok me too! Trust me. I actually thought about it many times lol! In my case it would backfire on me though. I have more to post as far as what I do. Just didn't wanna post when I was still in zombie mode considering I didn't even remember calling PH a terd lol!

Ok..just asked my wife to read this and she told me to apologize and stay out of the women's area. She said I have a bad habit of talking to women the same way I talk to guys. OK..so I am sorry , and will not be here anymore. But I do wish you the best of luck. I always admire anyone....anyone who puts forth the effort with weights,cardio and diet. So stay tough, stay foucused. If it were easy then everyone would look great.
