Women's Fitness - SARMS inquiry

I was introduced to this site by my boyfriend, Diaphanous. I am currently here in Greece on holiday,
but will be returning to London in September where I regularly live. After about 6 weeks of no exercise at all,
I am looking forward to start training again in HIIT/tabata/functional training. In the meantime I am going to start up
with some Crossfit here for the next two weeks, then continue with my usual HIIT etc when I return to London.

I was hoping to get some advice on if I should use certain sarms and which ones for 'cutting.' I only ask,
because I have been your average regular gym goer since my early 30s ( I am now 42) and, like many women,
I cannot seem to get rid of the 'annoying' fat in certain areas.

I am 42, 5'8", 150lbs with a BMI of 22.5 and my boyfriend is guessing I am around 30% body fat.
I haven't been able to get any serious results from these years of going to the gym
as my everyday schedule has been very erratic and feel that now, more than ever,
I am more susceptible to minor muscle/joint injuries.

Any thoughts?

I don't drink coffee, I am quite caffeine sensitive and don't respond well to stimulants in general as they make me jittery and unable to focus so I feel I should just rely on the sarms for fat burning. I train in the morning when I feel I am most alert throughout the day and never felt I wasn't ready or didn't have enough energy prior to my training. Quick question: I take T4 (thyroid meds) .137mg every morning. Will the sarms dosages affect my prescription OR do I just have to time the dosages accordingly?

they will not have any effect or issue with your t4 whatsoever bro

Its very basic math...

for instance... MK is 50 mg/ml so one ML which is one full dropper is 50 mg... so for 25 mg dosing, you take it halfway etc...

s4 is also 50 mg/ml

gw is 20 mg/ml

lgd is 10 mg/ml

The droppers are marked easily for accurate dosing. Dylan gave you the concentration of how much is in each full dropper (1ml) so you would just adjust your dose accordingly based off of that. For example, MK-2866 is 50mg per ml, so if you wanted a 12.5mg dose it would be 0.25ml, a 25mg dose would be 0.5ml, etc....
 
Very interested in ur progress make sure u do a log under chemical/peptides for us or for me bc i want my wife to take sarms and will be very interesting to see how u respond to them as well
 
one thing is make sure you give the bottle a good shake before you dose it each morning. the chemicals are suspended, so if you want an even dose you need to make sure it's evenly distributed.

it doesn't have to be a detailed log, but just an overall feeling, hardness, vascularity, what week you are on. what worked and didn't work. That way in the future you know where your sweet spot is with your dosing. And it will be very important for others to read and see your progress, especially women there are a few on here that have doubts or interests in how it effects other women. Especially with your hormone therapy as well. My wife is on hormones as well and like I said she is a nurse and would be very concerned about sides etc. It will help others make a decision whether SARMs is right for them. Just a thought

exactly! logs are key for so many reasons but personally, they help you to always have something to revert back to, to remember all little details you experienced and learn from any mistakes made etc... it also serves a huge purpose to everyone out there who has questions, expectations, etc. and they can get a guide on what other users have encountered etc... any updates and logs are vital everyone, appreciated and extremely beneficial...
