I'm a younger guy myself I do run AAS but also follow bodybuilding and plan to do so for quite some time at a competitive level.
I'd say even before the sarms approach really analyze the basics..

These are not only the most basic things but they are also in your immediate control with out much extra effort. Just takes minor change here and there.
From this point there are several avenues you can take with basic supplementation.
I'm not sure if you have given a structured crossfit routine a go or any Olympic lifting. That's where I started at 19. It's about as explosive as you can get. Trains your body to exude maximum amount of power.
