There is nothing to turn around. There never should be. Every individual has the ability to determine their own destiny.

Your goals are obtainable but you need that drive to begin with. As was mentioned no steroid and no sarm will make it happen. You make it happen. Nobody else. And when shit gets in your way you push harder.
