so ive been doing some reasearch for my wife - she is training for bikini comp and currently needs to build some lean mass before shredding down.
from all ive been reading it seems like there is no difference with sarms when it comes to men and women - but is there anything in particular she should watch out for?
Also how long do sarms stay in the system for tested events? how long should they be stopped prior etc?
