When to start new cycle

Hello.
I came off a 15mg rad-140 (10 weeks) cycle about two months ago. Started a pct with mk-677 and clomid for about 4 weeks. I continued the mk-677 20mg for another 12 weeks (still on it).

Can I start a new cycle in a few days or? Need advice

You only need 3-4 weeks off in between sarms cycles so you are good to go anytime!

Yes you can start another anytime. You've only been on mk677 for a while which is non suppressive

As always the 'rules' are time on cycle + PCT is the time off before a new cycle

Another question. When taking a liquid sarm, let say ostarine, can I solute it in water and then drink it? Or should I take it directly? If so, I've read it must be kept under the tongue for some seconds and then drink it. Thanks in advance.

No you don’t need to put it under the tongue. Just put it in the back of your throat and drink it down with water.
