When to consider using sarms?

I?m mainly an adventure racer spartan races, tough mudder I also rock climb so I?m not looking necessarily gain size but I want to gain strength.
Question is I?m running 6-7 times per week and training 4 days per week with weight/obstacles and so forth. Will sarms benefit me very much based of this?
 
Yes and yes and even more yes.

Cardarine and SR9009 will help with endurance and then other sarms like osta, s4, lgd or rad140 will help with strength/recovery. They wont make you huge by any means they would be a perfect fit for your type of fitness training.
