What's your favorite dose of Test?

No, myostatin has to do with hormones, not caloric intake. The only way to combat myostatin is either to increase anabolics or to come off and let it baseline

I don't know much about myostatin, I just know when high it prevents muscle growth and increases fat gain. I've always heard it's good to increase your dose mid cycle to prevent from plateauing, but is there any actual proof that increasing anabolic dosage prevents this?

Do you think if you were to increase caloric intake instead of increasing the dosage would you still be able to dodge myostatin

na, doesnt really have anything to do with that. tapering up and switching compounds especially to more potent ones helps with this but ultimately everyone will reach myostatin this only helps prolong avoidance. Timing has alot to do with it as well, and even if i taper and switch compounds if i start to realize theres no more results regardless i will come off. Sometimes i can go longer and sometimes cannot, when i set say a 20 week cycle this is not etched in stone i may only make it 16-18 weeks and will not force anything ever. but i usually never go past 20 weeks and my body seems to not be able to push further than this, and its only a goal. Some may be able to go further than i, theres alot of variables so i adjust as i go

Yes, I'll have to find the study but there was one done with testosterone administration that shows myostatin peaking around 56 days into the cycle. It can be overcome (to a small degree and for a very short time) by increasing dose
 
I have slowly increased test dosages over time. This last blast I ran a gram per week, and it was incredible. I get no side effcts whatsoever and only positive effcts. Huge strength and size gains and libido through the roof. My body has always love high test and each blast I tend to run a little more. This last one was the best yet by far, so I would bmwture to say I like to run a gram plus. I plan to run a gram again next blast during the summer

thats wassup, aint it great when you hit everything just right in a way that just feels so right ? I had the same type experience my last cycle i ended at 3-400mg tren then came off tren and ended my last few weeks with 1g test it was awesome. although i was only at 12 weeks.

^ this is one of my favorite threads and have referred several people to read this, gives a great insight you know there are some people who do not believe myostatin exists lol? i just think those people are trying to find validation to not come off when the time is to come off.

Exactly. Some people just don't get it. Those that stay on chasing gains are just spinning their wheels and damaging their body while wasting money and gear for no reason

hahah, you know ive caught myself doing this before and had to slap myself and say wtf am i doing. theres always another cycle is what ive learned and tell myself every time. You know when someone sets a goal lets say 16 week cycle they should not sit there and force it, if they notice diminished returns at say 12-14 weeks its time to let it go theres no way to validate a specific time frame just because that was the intended goal initially was. its like someone expecting to fill a swimming pool to take 4 days, if they fill it in 3.5 makes no sense to continue as they have reached a plateau and now are diminishing returns. And with AAS is exactly like u said wasting time, money, and actually increasing nothing but sides and just starts to become unhealthy. Letting it go is always a good thing, theres always another is how i see it

I understand now I was wondering why did you have to taper but I get it now. 750mg always worked well for me but I would come off that dose eventually, maybe that's why I always saw gains at that dosage. Never felt the need to go over since all I got was increased sides. What about when you take a long acting injectable like Eq? Which takes a while to kick in?

Forever example you said that at the 56th day of Test myostatin levels increase? What if you stack it with EQ? Eq "kicks in" or you start seeing the physical results around this time, so if I was running a 20 week cycle of 750mg Test E with 600mg EQ, around the 8th week the gains from Test had halted because of myostatin but what about Eq? It can still build muscle while myostatin levels are high?

whatever you do, dont taper down unless sides or some other reason lol !
