Heaven on a plate...

Yes! I went almost zero carb yesterday to see how bloated I was, I dropped 6lbs on the scale in 24 hours... So it's back on today. International Carb Day! Is that even a thing.... If not, it fucking should be.

I cycle carbs occasionally but it's a low carb meal here and there. I can't do the no carb thing especially when I'm on Tren. That shit makes me a train wreck.

I have done it periodically when I skip the gym or a non training day... and back off the calories a bit too.

It makes for a long day for sure.

They are nice, clean, and probably very effective but I think I would get burned out with them fairly quickly. If you're cutting then I completely understand. My buddy ate talapia and green beans for 8 weeks straight but he looked absolutely amazing at his show.
 
I wish I could say it was because I'm on a cut, but really I need to eat lean and clean all the time or I very easily start putting on fat. I swap chicken breast and turkey breast a lot with a ton of different seasonings to give it some variety so it doesn't get too boring.
