I get the okra and chicken from Whole Foods. The okra is super fresh and the chicken thighs are about as lean as you'll find and fall apart with tenderness after cooking.love this meal right here!

Yes and you wont want to microwave the sprinkle donut bar either. They have been selling it at the grocery store for a few weeks but it hasn’t been on the quest website until this week

you could try it but its kind of similar to the coating on the birthday cake flavorAh I hate to say bummer to anything donut flavor but I'll get over not being able to warm it up. However warm... that would be killer I'm sure. I've just been buying in bulk off Amazon. They regularly get a box of 12 down to $16-18 at times vs paying $2.50 at the grocery. I'll be watching to see.
