What would you do in my position?

First post here. I'm looking to get started on SARMS, been training around 2.5years solid (32 years old), previously lifted in late teens to early 20's and reached a decent level then, and I'm at that same point now. Currently Deadlift 2.5+ times bw, bench 1.3× bw, squat 1.8 × bw.@76kg bw, 12%bf.

I'm thinking of sarms for a lean bulk, or a dirty bulk followed by a cut. I like the idea of a gh secretogogue aswel. Ideally I wanna be about 85kg at sub 10%bf.

What would you more experienced guys do in my position, as in which substances would you take and in which order?
Also can you recommend any offers out there right now which would suit me?
I'm thinking of using sarmsx or sarms1 atm, for a basic lgd or rad only cycle.

def use sarmsx bro no doubt about it. you gon get roasted on the dirty bulk as well, you can bulk cleanly without eating like shit just up your protein fats and carbs but not shitty. kinda need more info as far as stats go height weight bf%? mk677 for sure if you want the gh effect. lgd for the bulk part

Thanks for the response. I mentioned that I'm around 76kg at 10-12% bf. (10 before I went on a recent stag do).
Will be moving to a more hypertrophy orientated program after doing leangains, fasted, reverse pyramid training for a while now going heavy as possible. Had enough, need a change and some growth! (I have been to 82kg earlier this year at 15%, so either I was too aggressive on cut or I need a cleaner bulk next time)

ya the "dirty bulk" sounds like an excuse to eat like shit and not taken very well around here. lol ya I see now I missed the bf% amongst all the other numbers lol I think sarms are going to get you where you want to be for sure they are amazing and you can run the mk677 for up to a year just like gh without the expense for hgh. if you wanted a stack with the 677 added in it go with the superman stack

don't get sticker shock b/c Dylan stands behind this 1 million percent and I just came off of this stack and had some gains despite a somewhat "incomplete strict diet" I was traveling way too much and wasn't able to cook my own food. I will absolutely be running this stack again soon

I can assure you are making the smart move my man hang out and let us know how it goes keep us updated and join in the fun here. also you will find that sarmsx has a new policy with orders they want your drivers license and credit card scanned and sent back to them you can black out the first 12 numbers if you would like, but I say this so you aren't caught by surprise it is for fraud protection I just scanned and sent my form in as well and I am a repeat customer so there is no alarm at all

no sir everyday shipping to the UK you will get the bottles without labels but should be marked on the bottom as to what product it is. I think this is standard practice for international orders

Ya man you don't want to dirty bulk at all. I can't stand it when I hear that shit. Lean bulk with clean foods is the way to go. As for a good sarms stack

My recommendation would be this, all from www.sarmsx.com

1-12 LGD 25mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.*
1-12 S4 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg 4-6 hours later
1-12 GW-510516 (CARDARINE) 20 mg day… dosed all at once 30 minutes before workout…*

I feel I have been tainted by this idea of a dirty bulk....lol
My idea of a dirty bulk is white bread over brown and maybe a slice of cake once a week...nothing major boys..I'm not very adventurous with diet as consistency is key for me.
I generally eat around -200cals of tdee. With under 50g carb on rest days. Protein is generally 220g per day.

Trust me that's a mistake you only make once. Unless you're taking a fuck ton of AAS it's pointless. When you start getting into a dirty bulk, you'll get tainted by this idea of the more you eat the bigger you'll get. Now in reality you will get bigger, but don't think that mass will be all muscle, it will be mostly fat. Trust me I've dirty bulked before, and a couple years down the line I'm Still cutting.

just so your aware... there's no such thing as a dirty bulk... that is just simply an excuse to be a fat ass, lazy ass pig... i have less than no respect for someone saying they are doing or attempting that... for some reason that term gives people the idea they have the license to be a fucking disgusting pig with no consequence... when you are bulking, you still eat healthy just in far more abundance... obviously macros will change etc. in terms of proteins, carbs and fats as well... however there is no such thing in bodybuilding as eating whatever, whenever... thats just being a disgusting pig and im sorry if that offends anyone but its the truth....
 
Lol...there's no one here planning to do this. But Yeh I agree with the above, I wish I didn't mention it. I've had very strict diet compliance, including 16hour fast everyday, carb rotation etc. for 2 years, I wouldn't consider sarms or even training if diet wasn't correct.
