This is what I did this am;

10 min Row

5 Round Barbell Complex:
Deadlift x 12
Bent over Row x 12
High Pull x 12
Military Press x 12

5 x 20 Box Jump/10 Front Squat Push Press SuperSet

10 Minute Row
 
I'm currently running the nSuns 6-day per week deadlift focus program. Today is 9 sets of squats (3rd being heaviest), 8 sets of sumo deadlift. Assistance work is calf raises, hip abduction/adduction, leg curls, leg extensions, leg raises, situps, and about 30 minutes of cardio.

Just got home from a chest workout, it's a lagging body part for me so a slip an extra Volume workout in once a week.

Flat bench 5 x 12
Pec Dek 3 x 12
Incline Bench 5 x 20
Cable Crossover 3 x 20
Dips 3 x 12
Incline push ups to failure x 3
