**What type(s) of promotions/discounts would you prefer to see from sources?**

All auctions seem to always be a major loss to the seller from what I've seen. I think requiring a log from the winner could give them some advertising, I doubt it pays off though.
It never has paid off for me. The best sale that I've had is the 10%, 20%, 30%, and 40% sale. Every few hundred dollars more spent would get an extra 10% discount. The problem with it is that too many guys spent over $1k for the 40% discount. Next time I will likely not do the 40% off. I lost my ass there.

haha I bet, that sale was insane. The biggest hope there is you got a couple new customers that will become repeat. I still couldn't believe when I saw the 40%.
I got some good clients and even though I lost money on some, the cash that they were sending at the time was far more valuable than the amount that I was losing.

I'm just interested in some ideas that are beneficial for all parties involved. Not wanting to short change either ya know, but something that perhaps can be reoccurring.

Yeah. I'm with you. The margins aren't high enough for us to do blowouts all the time. I usually do a bulk sale in October and a cut sale in March. Each focusing on the compounds that lend themselves to the time of year. Those do pretty well. Usually I do 20% discount over $300. They are regular sales so I can buy bigger and less expensive in advance, knowing that the sale is coming.

Buy 2 get 1 test free is my favorite. I don't think it hurts the seller much cuz test Raws are cheap & it's a good deal for the buyer. Can never have enough test in the stash

I think something simple like free shipping is a damn good idea. Or something simple like free Winny or Cialis with Every order.
