What should I do

If you don't mind me asking, why are you taking the cortisone? If to personal, I understand.

So I understand now that multiple blood test have confirmed your Test levels are at 350?

I had and I still have asthma, in the past was so severe that I went more than 300 times to the hospital in a year time therefore I'd to take meds to help with my health problems and I took it for more than 7 years and I can't say for sure how much time I took it but I was fat as hell, but skinny at the same time.
I drop it off and I started playing tennis in a national level and I lost so much fat, then some years after I started weight lifting to change even further my body since it was not good enough, to help my self-esteem and to improve my tennis strength and condition.
My test levels are good, I feel good and I have no issues right now.

Ok, so are you still taking it?

I am not sure what to tell you bro. You need to get stronger on your key compound lifts in order to get bigger. How long have you been doing 20 sets? Are you doing 20 sets for biceps and triceps each week as well?

No i am not taking it for years, for several years now.
I did and do 12 sets for arms a week

Looking at your pics, you should lose fat first. Your body fat is to high to bulk.

You said you regain fat quickly and easily. Perhaps your maintenance calories coming out of a cut are not as high as you think they are. If you are gaining fat quickly, its because your energy surplus is too high...simple.

Short and dirty, I'd focus more on compound movements and a pursuit of continually progressing on them. There are so many ways to do this. I'd personally recommend doing a weight that you know you can nail without completely grinding. So for example you said you can bench 150 for 7 reps. I'd probably start at 135lbs on bench, 5 reps for 4 sets. Then do a 5th set with as many reps as you can. If you get 8 reps or more then add 5lbs next week. If for whatever reason you did less than 3 reps the last set, drop the weight by 5lbs next week. Make sure your form is perfect and never changes as you progress in weight. At your current state I think you can cut and still make some muscle/strength gains. And as Iron said, I'd talk to a doctor about your test levels, the fact you only recently developed pubic hair means something was likely wrong.
Agreed with everything said here. You need to really work more on compound movements with barbells and dumbbells, and use less machines...only as finisher exercises.

Most importantly is you need to employ progressive overload principles. Start tracking your workouts. You should be continuously trying to best previous workouts by squeezing out more reps or adding weight. That's how you progress. If you lift the sane weight every workout for the same number of reps, you spin your wheels and go nowhere . It's basically telling your body to maintain its current state

Training aspect I already do progressive overload and I track my workout every day, and it has helped me tracking progress. But I will still do it. Previously I felt I could have done more than 12 reps but I stopped there for the mental aspect of “12 reps is the highest”, when I could do more or increase weight and I had this mentality for a while
On nutrition, and I think it’s the most important aspect do you think I must cut some fat first and foremost? I ordered a caliper and I will measure, are they accurate in your opinion ?

I will bro.
I was thinking of creating a log about my future transformation with picture and height updates
So you think I should cut firstly?
I bought a caliper but have never tried them whatsoever
