It's so hard to pick one sarm bro, but for body recomp both MK-2866 and LGD are great choices.
Honestly the best thing to do is to run a stack of sarms to give you a good desired outcome for body recomp by stacking sarms that give different effects for lean mass, fat loss, endurance, and strength

1-12 S4 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg in the p.m.
