Im not at all, there are just so many variables as to actual business goals, processes, policies, standards, etc. I am just trying to standardize it in order for everyone to understand that in order to have a successful business the formula will remain the same for both illegal and legal small or large entities. They even explain this when i took these classes they gave the example of the drug cartels and their business formula is exactly the same as sears, just diferent policies and procedures. For example, you make mistakes at a legal job you get fire. Make mistakes with cartel you get fired being removed and most likely murdered. It is a direct reflection of the same business formula all serious businessses have.

What makes me different is I was looking for how some people deal with negative feed back.
I am not looking for anything besides what is the normal response to my original post.
I did not flame anyone and am not looking to hurt anyone's reputation.
But i can tell you from the responses i got, some people will treat a good guy the same as an asshole even if it is their first order or not.

Your still not understanding the point here. 99% of these labs are not in it to become a sucessfull business enterprise.

Thier product talks. so if I'm a lab all my shit has been great. Ranted and raved about and a customer comes to me and says hey you're gear is bunk. I'm going to ask for bloods. I have an incredible job man. I got what I need in the real world. I don't have time to deal with bs. You bought illegal drugs you understand the risk. If you have a valid claim back it up and I will replace it and then some.

In the end I'm in it for side money or secondary income. And cause its what I do. My career does not depend on it. And my gear does the talking. I'm not worried about the bad reviews that can not be backed up. With concrete fact. I'm within my right to ask for those supporting facts as well. If you don't like it don't do business with me.
At the end of the day it doesn't faze me if it can't be backed up. Reverse scamming is just as bad as scamming with bad gear. You in loss prevention should know that.

I'd have stores with rings of dumbasses try to come in and return stolen shit alllll the time. Different scenerios but similar concept.

You're taking scenerios that don't apply to most of these labs. It just doesn't equate.

What it comes down to is what the source will do. Obviously I would cover it cause I'm a good person. However the scenerios I laid out are typical of most ugl labs. And that's a fact look around you see it everywhere. People get greedy and selfish. But offering to replace it and then some if I'm at fault is more than fair. Just run bloods.

I can make it even more basic, all companys want their customer to be satisfied or else they will not remain in business is the point I'm explaining. Now to what extent, and how long thy want to remain and policies and other factors are so in depth it cannot be summed up in one basic thread.

Even that is dependant on a few things. Most of these guys would say no because they don't care. There is always a board to float off to. As long as they are happy it's alllll irrelevant. We are talking reality not what if. If the source is meeting thier goal on profitibility or what have you that the whole thriving business concept is totally not even relevant to the conversation at all.
