I serving oatmeal with unsweetened almond milk
3 servings tuna
4 servings chicken sautéed in olive oil and jalapenos
2 servings greek non fat yogurt
2 servings low fat cottage cheese
Fresh strawberries
2.5 servings sweet potatoes
6 servings egg whites
1 serving black beans and salsa
This gives me just under 2500 cals
282 protein
183 carbs
33 fat
Just about on point 50/35/15
This will all be packed to go to work with me.
