I kept it super simple today: 1 cup of cottage cheese w/chives.

I've been on a cottage cheese kick lately. Gotta love 26 grams of protein from one cup of food with only 220 calories and very filling.

Cottage cheese give me the wind sumthin awful…So bad the dog runs out of the room...
 
Random question... can anyone recommend any good plant-based protein powders that don't taste like gritty sod and cost $70 for fifteen servings?

Oh hey man, here is what you want. Pea protein. Research it bro. Has a full spectrum amino acid profile and on par with whey. There are quite a few manufacturers. DO NOT BUY plant based proteins that have soy protein in them. Pea is the way to be!!!
