my thoughts exactly... you dont just throw a cycle together because you have a bunch of shit laying around... thats literally the worst way to go about it... i would run half this shit... weak ass anavar? no, clen, fuck no and t3 fuck no.. clearly you would not need sust and test 400 both, so now your down to not much of anything...

I would throw the T3 And Clen in the garbage to start. Then go to the gym and give the anavar to the nearest chick. And bam, you've got yourself a nice test only cycle.

Lol... even the sustanon imo could be traded in for some ace. Some folks swear by t3, but I'll risk it personally.. some folks on here, well one I know uses DNP... which I don't get since he's slender built. Skinny guys wanting to cheat at cutting is stupid af.

New trend seems to be guys "saying" they're 10-11% BF with a goal of "Losing some bodyfat"

WTF are you going to lose? Any idea how unhealthy and unrealistic it is to walk around under 10% ALL THE TIME?

Or are they lying about the current BF?
 
I just reread my post meant to say I won't risk the t3. Sub 10% at my ht weight for more than a couple of weeks for a contest imo is senseless

Alright boys. So I clearly havnt worded that right 😂 now here are my stats
Age-23
Height-6'1"
Weight-185lbs
Body fat - about 20%
Years of training-6 years. 6months on roids
Test 400 1cc/ week every monday
Clen 200 mcg/day 2days on 2days off
Anavar 60mg/day
Arimadex 0.5 mg/day

PCT
Hcg 20mcg /10 days
Wait 7 days
Start Clomid/Cialis/Arimadex for one month

GOALS
First trial
Used medistar 🤔
Got pretty good results but not as good as I imagine I was supposed to get.
Cycle lasted for 6 months.
To be honest I heard my buds say medistar is garbage but I did it anyway because Iv purchased the cycle and it did do something just not great results. A work bud which is really toned and well built told me about medistar this and that and was swearing by it. We baught together and gymed out together as well

SUPPLEMENTS
-Vita freak vitamins/minerals
-Greens mix
-Muscle pharm fish oils
-Protein shake (muscle pharm)
-Post workout and muscle recovery mix (recon from muscle pharm)
-Sleeping agent with muscle recovery pills (z-core muscle pharm)

General idea of nutrition
Ate really healthy. Had lots of high protein moderate carb diet. Mostly water. Sometimes juice.

Workout intense 4 days a week with 1 intense cardio and 2 light to moderate days

Got good sleep


Any more info just ask buds. Don't be hating on the new guy that's why I'm her for fuck sake. Need info. Roiding out on me like I know shit. Jesus CHRIST 😂😂😂. Love it. 🤗💪

Well, I depends I guess. 9-10% would be the fattest I ever get, and I would be personally looking to cut when I'm there. I sit around 8% on average year round. Winter might get up to 9 or 10 and summer I might get as low as 6 or 7

Oh fuck dude....you are too young for steroids. Too fat for steroids, and too undersized for steroids.

You shouldn't be cycling at all. Sarms are a good option but no steroids

About the test 400 and sustanon... iv researched and come to the conclusion that test is more of a water retainer with anavar and so sustanon is a better choice to stack with anavar.
For me personally iv gotten great results on anavar. Like you say Dylan, everybody's Body react different and so Anavar ain't weak shit... for me and my body anyway. Ya know. Just saying home slice
