Hello gents! In the middle of week 12 of current 16 week run. Starting to enjoy Winstrol orals! I think the EQ is kicking as well. Did shoulders and triceps yesterday and had a great day for this 50 year old! Seated shoulder dumbell presses were 55, 80, 85 x 10, 90 x 8, 95 x 5 +3 forced.
Close grip bench press : 185, 205, 225 x 10.
reverse grip smith machine press: 2 plates x10, 2 plates + qtr x8.
Seated dip: 3 plates x14, 3 plates + qtr x10.
Skull crushers up to 110 x 10.
.......plus all the extras. Over all feeling great, did back two weeks ago and worked till I wanted to puke, ruined my next two days. (To old for that! ) weighing in at 253 up from 242 at week 1. Already researching my late spring cycle. Thank you for the support and advice. Great forum to be part of.
