I am 43 years old and always wanted to be a bodybuilder or Fitness physique so I am new to this but I have gained a lot of weight.

I ran across your YouTube page I left a message there and I was just wondering if and what's the best sarm to take 4 weight loss I need to lose about 15 or 20 lb and then I would like to add muscle so I was wondering which ones will be the best ones to take or better yet I was wondering if that's the best way or if you can coach me.

Dylan gave you a great plan to follow. Just make sure you have your diet plan structured right. That's going to dictate the results you are after
 
i am a 43 year old female im 195 trying to drop fat but don't want to be too thin i would like to be more fit like serena Williams. I use to lift 12 years ago and now trying to get back into it. So is the plan giving still good for me.

Ok thx so much but i was just wondering if you do meal plans i need help in this i think i was doing good but not seeing good results I've been dieting since January of this year and my results are terrible I was about ready to give up for two months now I've been stuck the same weight loss and from the beginning of January I've only lost like 6 lb so I know I'm older now maybe that has something to do with it maybe I'm not eating enough food maybe I'm in too much but I really drop down to like a thousand calories and I'm still not seeing results so I was just wondering if you had some meal plans as well
