I'll take a picture of the fat tester when I go to the gym but you guys really think 1 cycle at 20 would hurt me that bad?

Its a risk you should not be taking at your age, especially when it will be pointless. If you can't gain off cycle you won't really gain on cycle either, and anything you do gain will be lost right after the cycleI'll take a picture of the fat tester when I go to the gym but you guys really think 1 cycle at 20 would hurt me that bad?

Im new here but I agree with everyone else. Im 5'9 and started at 150lbs. In three years I jumped to 225lbs. Got hurt, life happened, went back down to 190lbs. No lifting nothing. Got back on track and from 190 I shot up to 248lbs without touching a single steroid. so 150 to 248. Food is the most anabolic supplement. More so than steroids. If your starting off with 3000 calories, then add another 500. Increase by 500 calories. measure body parts. If your stomach is growing faster than your muscles, then cut down caloric intake or zig zag the calories. Thats what I do.
If you juice and have no foundation, once you stop, Your going back down. If x amount of test supports x amount of mass, and you stop taking gear, especially with no foundation, your going to spiral down into a state of depression. First get the diet down, figure out what workout formula works for you. whether its training a body part once a week or twice a week, high or low reps, etc. The angles on how you perform the lift matter as well. If you go into the gym and push the weight from point A to point B only, your not doing it right. Eat eat and eat. I wouldn't even take creatine. Invest in a good protein, vitamins, liquid egg whites. I like optimum and jym and muscle egg for pasteurized egg whites which I mix with my protein shakes. Good luck
this is a really great post and i am really glad you took the time to make it... its very helpful and pertinent and a prime example of what hard work and understanding can do... everyone gets under the misconception and belief that you can just use steroids and you are then a monster and that's it... only in dream land... its absurd thinking and unfortunately people fall under this misconception because of how things are portrayed in the general public... this is the furthest from the truth however... especially when it comes to underage use... "well fucking arnold did it" NOTHING and i mean NOTHING infuriates me more than reading that shit... that is beyond the stupidest fucking argument or rationale i have ever come across... thats the ammunition of a complete moron... i just hope more people read things like this post and gain an understanding of how this works..
I agree with you 100% dylan and thank you. I am not a pro body builder, but I have many friends who got there pro cards, I live close to bev francis powerhouse, see those guys train, and experience. I ran 3 GNC stores a very long time ago. It was a franchise so my boss, was a bodybuilder and hired only bodybuilders. He didn't want his GNC store to look like the rest. so we had people like matt sera, joe palumbo, dave palumbo, and a lot of pro natural bodybuilders shop at the store. I learned, asked questions, and put the time in.
even with a torn shoulder labrum, chronic fatigue syndrome, I still haven't touched steroids and give it 100% in the gym. I got no problem going on a incline bench, slap on 315 and rep it out for 10 solid reps. Just using that as an example. Not bad for what I have and being natural. Im not god or a pro but, like you said, hard work pays off.
what YOU ARE is a VERY VERY good example for others to follow and someone i have a shitload of respect for... you are someone i can constantly point to as a prime example of how things should be done... i appreciate your post and contribution..
Thanks again brother. Its greatly appreciated to hear that coming from you.
