i do exactly the same. i read some take creatine,zma ,bcaa and many others and was wondering if it has a big help or not very important

I take creatine mono when its on sale its cheap, comes in basically everything anyways like protein powder pre workout etc. Same as bcaa, I don't use ZMA just melatonin for sleep
 
B-6 500mg time release twice a day... Helps control prolactin

Do you take this for liver support? If so, why not TUDCA?

Ala helps use fatty acids for energy and lowers blood sugar .

On heavy refeed days I just take metformin mayne some insulin preworkout on anweek body part

i dont use it for that whatsoever... As a dietary supplement, alpha-lipoic acid benefits include helping increase insulin sensitivity, and may be especially useful in addressing metabolic syndrome.
