We plan on being around until everyone is a 290 pound walking, talking, weight lifting muscle. Valhalla needs an army of Vikings to dine in the great hall with Odin each night. As long as you keep us grinding we will be grinding, so keep us busy... just know I'll be insisting our boy take some down time each week to stay fresh and energized so be understanding of that. Our method is not madness and if you follow us thru the gates of Valhalla you will find nothing but brothers and sisters in arms drinking ale from horns and singing praise to Odin for this elixir he has bestowed upon you all once again.
