Unable to order from phurious

Over the past 16 hours I have been trying to order from phurious. Opened the Google wallet thing, paid the money, verified account and still not able to get my money. I contact Google, they lock my damn account and cancel transactions. According to them, the receiving account doesn't have a wallet account and so they locked me up and now I have no money, no order and 9 weeks till show. What the hell just happened. I have been trying for 3 hours to contact SnS and no returned emails and no way to know what is going on. I have tried to keep them up to date on all information about what's going on from my end but no returned word. I guess all reps involved from Phirious should know, I tried to order and now my damn money is lost in space for at least 10 business days and I'm completely screwed and behind on comp prep. Not sure what the hell happened but I recommend avoiding Google wallet like the plague if you want your money to get to the intended source.

I would never use something like Google wallet for this kind of transaction. Stick to MG, Walmart or WU. Hit up one of the reps besides SnS. From what I understand she's doing less rep work and more processing. Mastermolnar and testdude are your guys. I spoke to Phurious last night and all seemed well. That was just before I made my recent post about him.

I haven't heard from SnS for a minute though, haven't seen her post either.

I don't think that was probably the best way to pay buddy. These are not Girl Scout cookies you are purchasing. I've never even heard of using that method to be honest. You also have to understand that you are being extremely impatient with a response. 16 hours is nothing. And only 3 hours ago you PMed Sns? Can't be serious in thinking you expect a response that quickly. People have lives outside of here, obligations, etc. give at least 48 hours before jumping the gun on things. Im sure they will get back in contact with you as soon as they can, and help you out, getting you taken care of. Just for future reference, please refrain from putting this in the open forum without giving an adequate amount of time to a source to respond. Giving less than a day is a little bit on the ridiculous side man. Many sources will take a couple days to respond to emails, and that's perfectly normal.

cant be that experienced then, i have never done a show but if I was going to you better believe i would stockpile weeks in advance to prepare

Google wallet was here in my house and "easy" to use but obviously it wasn't a good choice. Also the reason I had to wait is I am not a wealthy person. I have to plan each penny going out. I guess I need to be more prepared in the future but finance is a tough animal to tame

Yes I understand completely about finances bro. I'm not a rich guy by any means either. I have a family that takes precedence first over my expenses for gear, etc so I feel you there. It's still a good idea to try and at least get things a few weeks in advance to account for any error to occur if possible.

I veneer had experience with Google wallet myself, so I can't really comment on that. It sucks that you had a bad experience with it.

They fixed the request situation but I'm still without money until it's returned. It's simply a bad situation that only time and money can resolve. I have 100% confidence in their product and I am stoked to prep with it but time is definitely not my friend at this point

Its extremely easy to use once set up. Plus there are only two google accts we have mine which you wouldnt have as we havnt spoken. And sns account. You need to be given an email to send to. I hope you didnt send to our emails thru securenym.

If you could pm exactly whats happening and ill try to get it fixed. I havnt been on because im at a tourney. But pm me and ill fix it for you brother. Not to worry

Well i just figured out what happened you sent payment to our customer service email. Not my google account. Thats why it was cancelled. Google wallet is easier than any other form of payment w no fees and its instant.

this needs to be kept to pm's period... this should not have been posted without more attempts made through private messages etc... also considering its a saturday, not everyone is at their computers all day or working... a clear error was made and that's fine but it does not need to be posted like this... please consider this in the future... you don't do this unless all over avenues are exhausted... you should always try me to help get in touch with others first as well if all other avenues are exhausted.. then, if that does not work either, then you should post it...
