Unable to input debit card info

Hey brothers im trying to purchase from sarmsx, but im unable to get the window where i input my credit card information. So is anyone having this problem? Any suggestions thankyou.

I had that problem this morning, I would hit confirm and nothing would happen, I unchecked the box that says I agree to there terms and hit confirm and it came up with a warning that I must accept terms, I rechecked the agreement box and hit confirm and it went through to the payment page.
