With recomp there's so many ways to go about it. Recomp is the hardest thing to do successfully and everybody has a different opinion on how to do it. I personally like to eat just above maintenance like 200 calories with a macro split that works for you and add daily cardio with a 400 calorie burnTo continue where I left off-Rickrock I've never done a recomp is there anything in particular i need to follow diet wise. Was just thinking of following maintenance cals with a 40/40/20 split.
Any advise on the same would be helpful.
