dropped weight/body fat, slight increase in muscle mass. (Y) S4 NO VISION ISSUES AT 25ML SPLIT DOSE.. HAPPY DAYS! focusing on caloric intake as appose to macros. 5 days cardio @30 mins. Will add RAD140 end of week 2.

The S4 sides hit me after 8 days of use, but nothing bad at all and only noticed when driving on the motorway at 03:15am almost all headlights turned yellow like the eighties nineties headlights/fog lights! My arms chest feel rock solid as if I'm flexing all the time! Keep up the good work brother!

I'm expecting RAD140 to arrive 28/05.



my question is would it be advisable to wait for the RAD and run all in unison, or get on the stack and add RAD in week 2 when its expected to arrive?

Ultra recomp comes with RAD not MK. Maybe you are mistaken , if so RAd requires 6 bot for a 12 wk run
 
Week 3, update. no S4 issues at all, maybe a slight 5% tint adjustment at best but this is a push. nothing noticeable. RAD has been added today. Question - S4 as it stands I'm doing in the AM (approx 6am) and then in the PM (approx 10pm). should i take the S4 at closer intervals? or continue this protocol?

yes it should be more like 6 am and 2 pm
 
Hmm I've been doing my S4 at 9am & 9pm

ya in ur case I would do a 9 and 4 or 5. im not saying you wont get results my first run I was doing 5 am and 5 pm. and I had great results but I did see DG say a 6 and 2 or no more than 6 hrs apart

You guys need to tighten up the dosages between on S4...4-6 hours....so if you are taking at 6:00A.M. take the next dose at 11-12 A.M.
 
ya man I mainly did before workout and as soon as I got home, just so I didn't have to take the bottle around and answer questions about what it was. lol. but now I don't give a fuck I say vitamin d

I have to take SR with me on the golf course...try that one out for size...LOL
