On topic:I hear where AA is coming from.Ive always admired big traps & forearms,but is it a "true sign of strength"?I don't know.Being in construction since I was 14,I've always had nice forearms,traps not so much.I still can't get that pic of sarala's traps out of my head from way back...dayummm.

I love and appreciate every one of you, AA included! I respect every one of my brothers here. We may butt heads a bit from time to time, but it comes with the territory of a bunch of guys on juice. LOLLL just kidding... you ALL know that any family will NEVER get along 24/7.. thats impossible... a lot of times a war of words eventually brings people closer as well as disagreements when everyone cools down and realizes they were wrong in some way... ive done it a million times and i never once have trouble admitting when im wrong... pride is really for losers, because pride causes you to be a loser... pride will get in the way of success 100% of the time... i leave that shit at the door... if you want respect and appreciation then you have to give it to get it and thats what everyone here does...

I've competed several times and abs are the last to come in for me. I will have glute striations before my abs really "pop"

My cslves are pretty fuckin big for my frame and I was one that was just gifted with them. They're strong, but I didn't earn them. That's why genetics are such a huge part of this. Some people will never attain a symmetrical aesthetic physique. If anyone could look like whoever they cut out pictures of and tape to their wall, I'm sure a lot more people would be working hard and dieting. But I know quite a few dudes that do put in a ton of work, are strong as fuck but will never have that ideal physique.

I'd say if you claim to be a bodybuilder you should be able to see your abs... i mean at least at some point in the year. But don't take this as an attack AA. I definitely don't wanna get into an ongoing argument. That's just my opinion.
