Hey, just wanted to start off by saying I'm a big fan of all your videos and I appreciate all the great content you put out. I understand that you're not an MD but I am starting TRT soon and am only 19 years old. I've dealt with all the symptoms of low t through out my teenage years and had even dealt with gynecomastia. I've never done any sort of pro hormones and am confused as to why my levels are so low. My last 3 blood tests over the past 6 months have come up at 415ng, 356ng/dl for and most recently 257ng/dl for total testosterone. I live a very active lifestyle and have been consistently going to the gym 5-6x per week for the past 4 years and have struggled to put on muscle. I weigh 140 at 15% body fat and am 5'10. There are no lifestyle issues that lead to low t as I'm very much into fitness and do not drink/smoke etc. Can you please give me some insight as to certain precautions or things you would do if you were in my situation? I'm sick of living a very low quality of life and any advice would be appreciated.

is this doctor prescribed trt? what dose were you put on ? were you prescribed an AI as well?

it is doctor prescribed. she has prescribed 200mg every other week for 8 weeks and then do a blood test and decide next treatment protocol from there. I was not prescribed an AI.

you need to find a qualified endocrinologist
he will determine if you are hypogonadal...and if so... what type..primary or secondary
this is crucial information a Dr needs BEFORE he can accurately help you with a treatment protocol

Not the best Doctor. 100mg per week would keep your blood levels way more stable than 200 every other. Did she tell you where your estradiol was at?

I would push for weekly injections. That's going to be much more stable than every other week. That's going to have your levels like a Rollercoaster and you'll actually be quite low just before your scheduled injection

yes this is serious and its not fair to do this to a 19 year old who does not understand what is really going on here... this doctor is fucking clueless...

PLEASE follow this advice from buen... you need to find someone who specializes in this and really knows what they are doing because this clueless bitch is only going to make things worse...

how do you not prescribe an AI to someone using test that has never used it before? what the fuck happened to being preventative and preventing something from occurring before it starts... ?

It maybe that this 19 year old is not telling the truth as he wants advise from us on how to take test at 19 since we do not advocate anyone at this age to use any sort of AAS.
Do you have your blood work to show us if so please do. If this is real facts then go to a DR that know what they are doing and check you pituitary and see if there is a tumor that could be cause your low t. Do what BUEN said. At 19 there might be other things causing your low t.
