I was put on T + HCG + AI from the begging and I've really had trouble dialing in, as it relates to my Anastrozole dosing.

I'm not concerned with fertility or ball size.

Is hcg necessary?

In your opinion, if I dropped the HcG would I even need an AI?

I'm low SHBG so like to take 2-3 shots a week of test.

I realize only lab work will tell the full story, but at 50mg (MWF) do you believe I would even need an AI?

I wouldn't suggest HCG there are better alternatives that have less side effects. Check hcgenerate.

Yeah, HCG can cause such things as suppression and gyno. It is a sad fact that so many docs still prescribe it just because they are old-school. HCG is a drug of the past, which was fine when no alterantives were available. However, it should not be used nowadays, since there are so many alternatives that are both safer, and more effective.
