Tricep pin?

Yeah VG is my favorite spot.The first time I tried it ,it was the first virtually painless pin I ever did.I barely even felt it go in.I'll just stick with glutes & VG for now.Thanks guys.

Can u upload a pic of vg Injection...isn't tht right on the hip....do u stick leg ot when u inject or what...Confused?

Ventro Glutes is real easy. I usually rotate between Glutes and VG. There's 3 places on quads to pin.

I'll usually flex them and at the peak of the muscle towards the outside quad I'll pin 3 different sites. You just have to go slow and when the muscle starts to twitch I blackout and go for a new spot.

I was pinning my quad the other night and had some twitching. Just went slow and kept going. When I pulled the needle out it quickly turned into a murder scene. Blood gushing like a mofo. I like to sit on the bed with my leg extended. Damn bed looked like some chick had her period everywhere.

Terrible, that sucks! Definitely been there man, but I haven't had that happen in a long time. I've pinned enough quads (my favorite site) that I almost never get any twitches now...but that definitely didn't used to be the case.

Why not use Insulin .5" needle in pecs shoulders or glutes? transfer over the liquid to the needle and although it will take around 5 mins to get it all in less scar tissue and less cringe....newbie here so just saying (might be completely off)

lol that shit can happen from time to time, i can imagine the scene tho. just dont use a black light haha
 
My wife does my delts and glute, I do my quads. I've never tried the vg but will. Years ago I did a tri and it settled into my elbow and my arm blew up. It was like that for a week or more. I couldn't use my arm or bend it for about a week. I've never done them again.,

I've had that happen too.. no big deal, but it's crazy how it squirts out like that
