I've been going to the gym every day and eating clean for the past year and My fitness goal is to compete in mens physique and turn pro. Everyone I have talked to has been telling me to stay natural but I got convinced by my current trainer that I should take gear and try to turn pro next year. He competes in men's physique as well. I've been watching a lot of your videos and it doesn't hurt to try and pick your brain as much as possible to help me. Also since I pinned my delt has been hurting and sore and I can fully lift up my arm. There is a little swelling but nonredness or visual signs of infection. I want to get in the gym and train as fast as possible but I'm scared? Do I wait until my shoulder isn't experiencing any pain? he told me to pin myself every five days so this Friday, what if the pain doesn't go away do I just pin in my other delt? Or should I stop taking it completely?
