Once again thank you very much. I completely understand that my diet the passed few months will not help me achieve my new goals. I've already started cutting out anything unnesesary and am eating cleaner each week. I will definitely take your advice with adding a couple oz of chicken and a little red meat!
Steadily increase your calories. TRAIN HARD. If you're growing without getting fat you can slowly increase calories again.
It's very hard to know what to look for when you look in the mirror. This is why I always suggest a nutrition expert to do the work.
