halfway through my lgd cycle and everything is great.. loving it , but i was curious if anyone had some ideas on how to calm the back acne, its not getting crazy or anything , but its there. any suggestions would be appreciated. also does clomid or gw ever have acne side effects?

Some people are more prone than others bud. Basic hygiene and cleanliness will help. Some acne products like salicylic acid work well for some. Tanning as well.

Tanning and twice a day showers will help keep slin clean and dry. Not oily which will prevent ance flare ups

You can use Patonthenic Acid (Vit B5) and Zinc for Acne...it came very well for me and use Neutrogena Acne Soap for your bath.

Sunbathing is superior to fake tanning.
If you have a significant other have them scrub your back. That helps tremendously. Or get a back scrubber and wash back every time you shower.
Make sure your diet is clean. Junk food can exacerbate oily skin.
Its best to shower after you workout. As opposed to waiting hours after. Which sometimes I have to do because I'm stuck at work....but try to shower right after.

Main thing is washing back. Most of that is just oil and dead skin clogging pores. Scrubbing that crap off helps alot.

Use Accutane at a low dose of 10mg. It's magic and it almost never failed to do its job

Accutane also carries some pretty bad side effects, even at low doses. I wouldn't recommend that at all. Only as a last resort if acne is that bad

Yeah my gf used that once from a birth control break out , I would never loll , does gw and clomid have the sides of acne or should I start getting back to how I was pre cycle ?

Actually scrubbing is the worst thing you can do. It can cause it to get worse. Gently washing the area and applying a skin works great

I think there is a line between exfoliating the skin you need off and over irritating. I'm guessing the type of acne is important, I can't imagine cystic acne you're going to do much good by scrubbing.

That is 100% true. You need to be gentle with it and let it subside. Just keep it clean and dry and it will be gone quick

scrubbing it works for me. it exfoliates it. I'm not saying draw blood and use sandpaper but you need to scrub it. you don't have to do it everyday. some days you can gently wash it but scrubbing it helped me tremendously. I'm just saying what worked for me

Ya I wouldn't recommend accutane. I only see it as a last resort for more extreme cases. Otherwise, just basic hygiene and overall cleanliness gets its done.
