Very good important topic. Acne can be a bitch to control anytime hormones are changed, which typically happens going on cycle as well as coming off. I deal a lot with this myself, so I'll be watching this one tonight for sure

Great video and topic as I get acne in the weirdest of places on blasts... forearms. Always manage to get 3-4 ragin' cajun zits on my inner forearms that are horrendous.
