Training on cycle..

2 weeks in Test E, T3, Anavar cycle..weeks 1-10 T3 / Test E..6-12 Anavar..
Was training everything separate morning heavy..afternoon pump..30 minutes treadmill after each.
I still have fuel left in the tank and am now Push Pull Legs 6 days a week. I do an hour of cardio in morning on empty stomach and 3 rounds of 4 minute plyometric circuits evening afterwards for cardio.
I read you want some 80-85% heart rate cardio on this T3.
As long as I'm not sore you think best results lean mass/fat loss from hitting body parts twice a week or once.
I figure you might as well beat the shit out of your body since it can take it. If I'm over doing I'm sure my body will warn me before I get injured or exhaustion.

you want to be careful of overtraining as well... that will have an adverse effect on you bro... i personally am a two times per week person on body parts... thats what works for me.. i have done every method known to man but finding how YOUR response is what is key here... you absolutely need 1 day of rest per week and really should have 2 although im hyprocritical in following this, i also know better... i had a hard enough time forcing myself to take Sunday's off but it is SO beneficial I cannot begin to explain... its great to push and im huge on pushing harder and longer but you also have to know where to draw the line bro

I agree with both of you, listen to your body for injuries and recovering. However i do believe if nutrition is beyond suffienct and sleep is adequate then overtraining will be hard to hit. I only believe in under nutrition and lack of sleep lol. But yes over doing the cardio and hiit cardio can really set you back, as for lifting keep going hard at it and a lot of volume if thats your thing. Just make sure sleep and nutrition are in check

I go legs today, upper tomorrow then rest. I have been in the state of overtrained and bro it hurts and fucks you up bad. If you want to work harder then go for it but take those days of rest. I found that out on my very first cycle. I worked out harder than ever before and yet the next day was totally recuperated. Make your self rest.

I am also guilty of going hard. I can't tell you how many times I've had minor injuries lay me up. Injuries and overtraining can happen when you're feeling your best. Take their advice bro. Rest is the most important part of the breakdown, growth, and recovery cycle!

I think that is overdoing it a bit, but it depends on the amount of volume and intensity you are doing. You could get by with it if you are doing less volume and less intense workouts. Otherwise I think you'll burn yourself out. I know my experience is that I grow and gain the best doing less. I lift 3 days per week low volume high intensity and make the best gains that way, on cycle and off. You grow in the kitchen and while resting, not in the gym. It's very possible to hurt potential gains by doing too much in the gym

Idle hands are the devils playground..lol..I stay in gym Im not drinking or stay out late.
I may drop my a set, I was a little tired today, but my carbs are vegetables only for 4 weeks(T3)
I usually eat steel cut oats whey almond butter pre workout and hydrolyzed casein/dextrin intra which I dropped both and feel it..I do 4 excercises large, 2 small, A) workouts 3 sets/4-6 reps b) workout the same but reps 10-12.
I started wearing wrist wraps , my squats are heavier, I normally never go over 275 but am forced to now.
Other than sore wrists I'm all good, but may drop a set and add some ab work..right now my abs are my squats, deads, standing presses and I end chest with one arm presses and back with renegade rows on pump day only.

bro i know the feeling but after many years trust me, you then start to wonder where time is going and your just not doing certain things you enjoy because your head revolves around it 7 days a week... your body eventually breaks down, i don't care how good of your shape your in or how clean you do things, its inevitable and that extra one day, just one day preserves you so many years longer... YOU HAVE to have some sort of recovery... im definitely not a sleep person... i don't stay in bed for 10 or 11 hours but just having that one day that i know i have nothing to do, a Sunday of only half a day of work and a day of rest is something i treasure and then im even more motivated come Monday morning to get back to work... it works in so many ways... mentally and physically...

yeah man i feel you, i think we are similar in that aspect because for me taking a day off from the gym is hard for me to do. I dont get a lot of sleep and when I take a day off the gym it makes me feel worse..but I think it is a mental thing, just forcing yourself to not overdo it and take some time to rest is hard when your mentality is 110% everyday..

trust me, its all mental and it has taken me personally so long to practice what i preach in that regards but i can say with all honesty that it has made a world of difference in everything, from mental to physical... i have not only seen better progress, but my mental state is far more clear and im just feeling even more focused and just happier in general... when you get into a routine and you begin to get accustomed to something and then it becomes part of your life, your mind and body both require the consistency but change is never easy but sometimes it is necessary...

True man..one of the hardest things for me is to drop the weights - I want to blast the muscles but not get burnt out, so sometimes it's hard for me to just call it quits until tomorrow. I can easily stay in the gym for 2,3,4 hours if I have food and water..
