Whats going on everyone!? just joined the site earlier today and have been messing around with it all day and couldnt find anything like this. Im currently running my first sarm; s4 50 mg 25 morning 25 at night. I'm just curious if anyone has any tips they could send to a first time user! I'm talking anything from diet to supplementation to specific workout routines to adding another sarm! I realize everyone has a different philosophy when it comes to sarms and weightlifting. I'm just trying to pull in and learn as much information as I can to make this cycle as effective as possible! My main goal is to burn fat and maintain/build muscle. Thanks in advance guys!
