I'm 45 and went self administered TRT without diagnosis at age 40 or 41. I have no desire for more kids, however I'm sure I could if I chose to do so simply because I'm The 44 and my shit although thick like oatmeal is potent lol. I just seriously want to give some of you guys some food for thought based upon my conclusions and experiences so bear with me and take with a grain of salt as none of what I'm gonna say has been proven to my knowledge and is based on me and only me.
1. Blasting and cruising although cheaper than cycling usually is challenging in several aspect.
1a. Discipline. It's a must have if you're gonna blast 2x a year and cruise the right way the other months. It's so easy to be tempted into pinning more than necessary when you have it available always.
1b. Expense. If your dough ain't right, or you have to cut into your gear money to do something else it's not for you. Be able to commit to it, or find yourself in a fucked up situation because of not being able to do so.
2. Less is more. Makes financial sense and health sense. I've pinned grams of compounds weekly before dropping at least $1k a month simply on AAS alone. Big irresponsible blasts cost you in several aspects... financially and medically so unless you can schedule labs, donate blood regularly and see your doctor leave it alone. I had max weighed 262 pounds and my bp was off the charts, my blood looked like grape juice and I often had headaches caused by my bp being so high.
3. One day you're gonna get old and hopefully keep your wits about you. If not, who's gonna remember to pin your old ass? Once you hit the GO Button there is no turning back whatsoever.
4. Temptation is a bitch named Testosterone. As stated above you will want to pin as much as possible, but Myostatin can be a bitch herself. Don't jump into this like the average lifter who thinks they're doing it big with gear and zero gains.
5. I think xfit is stupid.
