Staying at the same weight is a concern, but I want to increase output within fixed periods between 5-10 min, Increase recovery between those periods 1-3min as well as between training sessions, and have a high strength to weight ratio (Which I have). My training and diet are very dialed in, I am just looking to take it to the next level.
Is RAD140 well suited for this? Or would I be better off sticking with Gw501516, S4, MK2866 (Love the healing side of this), SR9009?
With MK677 it was to difficult not to over eat, or eat the wrong stuff (Junk). An argument could be made for more discipline, I am sure.
LGD4033 caused some extra wait due to water that was undesirable. I guess like you Coach, I have issues when I see myself gaining weight.
