Good stuff Dylan. You've always impressed me with your diet and your commitment to staying accountable to that commitment. it's obvious how much this aspect of the game is overlooked. Especially looking at some of the threads posted lately.

A definite must watch.

This is what it all comes down to right here. Not the gear....not even the hard ass training. The overwhelming vast majority of your results are dictated by nothing other than DIET. This is a video everyone needs to watch to get a good idea of just how important it really is

Another great video. It really is refreshing to see people on this forum promoting and stressing the importance of a good diet.
 
I like how you start out. The importance of your diet...it does not matter how hard you workout. That says it right there in the first minute. I say 90% is diet and the other half is workout. Diets are like aas....depends upon your goal. What is your goal?
 
Great vid. It doesn't even matter what you're injecting. Diet is so shockingly, unbelievably important. Easily the number 1 thing about fitness to focus on.
 
Thats why most guys look like shit training is fun and gear is easy but diet requires discipline and sacrifice most cant cope with that

LOL i appreciate that.. i try to keep it on point at all times... you should see when i go on roller coasters.. i mean the craziest, fastest shit known to man... i went on 13 total coaster rides at six flags in october and my hair did not move... LOL it was still perfect LOL

I heard some young ones talking about runnng dbol only today. One of them said you have to eat eat eat.Get all the calories you can get.He heard Lee Priest say that....ok...see ya in a few months ...fatso.

my thoughts exactly... "well im just sayin... " well who fucking cares right? LOL i could care less what rich says... he knows a lot of things but he says some of the stupidest shit ive ever heard at the same time and well, just look at him...
