Here's one area I know I could improve on. About 6 hours is all I get throughout the week, but that's the way it goes when you have early am cardio, then a 10-12 hour workday, lifting after work, then dinner, shower, and family time til bed which doesn't equate to much time left at all
 
This video is a must-see, as the importance of sleep is often overlooked...I‘ve always had sleeping problems and this has most certainly affected my gains... MK677 has helped A LOT in this area...
 
this is overlooked, I can say that I tend to look much less bloated if I get 7+ hour of sleep.

Thats because you are in a fasted state longer... weigh yourself after five hours of sleep in comparison to seven hours of sleep and you will see the difference as well
