At least sarms are not toxic like oral steroids, so it's not as much of an issue. It's just more of an issue of alcohol not exactly being the best for this lifestyle, but you already know that. Trust me, I understand. I would guess that maybe once a month I will have a few beers on a night out with the wife without kids. It's all about moderation brother. Life is meant to be enjoyed.

Generally it kicks in 10-14 days but with that product you have, I can't really say bro... Im sorry to say that but you will just have to see... REAL MK should kick in around day 10 though at 25 mg day... give or take a few days but that's when you can really see and feel mk...

Totally agree... Right in that 10-14 day window I noticed allot of benefits. Fat loss, strength gains and the healing benefits are substantial.
 
Ranger, I think you will be very happy with the healing power of SARMS. I only use Pure Essence and his has worked for me very well. Check out my SARMS log. I have had a lingering elbow problem for over a year and it started feeling better after 4 days. Im on Day 14 now and it is 98% gone! On a scale of 1-10 in severity it was a 6. It made me adjust my arm workouts and would be sore through the night and generally piss me off. With SARMS that all changed! I can go forever with arms with no issues. I don't even take MK. I'm doing the Recomp stack. LGD,S4, and MK.
 
Well it's day 5 and I'm still alive. Judging by my doo doo my body must be absorbing more of those calories and putting them to energy which is up a bit. Nothing intense just a mellow boost, wide eyed and more alert.

noticed much more hardness to the muscle in legs and arms. Not any fat loss or more cut but noticeably harder. I'm going through a separation with my significant other so I haven't been on point with my workouts or diet and obviously the added stress.i can say that my overall attitude has been much more balanced and clear causing me to take the high road when usually I would just be angry. I really hope everything works out. Any good vibes, prayers are much appreciated. Sorry for sorrow but this is my sarms cycle log, all variables need to be included. Oh yeah and add on the stomach virus too. When it rains it pours right,smh.

Bro, i for one am always here to help, even if I need to "Dr. Phil it" so be in it... whatever helps you out... the nice thing with SARMS is they can help with your overall feeling of well being on top of everything else so the generally keep your mood quite sunny on top of everything else they do so hopefully they can help... it also helps a lot to let out endorphines through training and exercise and to see yourself make progress really enhances overall mood... you have to pull yourself together now and focus ON YOU and let these do their job for you as well as YOU DO IT FOR YOU! you got this bro
 
About 15min into this workout and my god the pumps are through the roof. Muscle hardness and vascularity are starting to show. Damn, thumbs up for mk.
 
Note: during/after workout results:) shoulder soreness is down but elbow still sucks, lower back is feeling pretty good too. Arm and back muscles still pumping. I'm guessing the next 3-5 weeks will be awesome. Can't wait to run gw with mk. How long should I wait in between mk cycles? I have HC for a mini pct just to be safe while on another on cycle 100% natural test booster i have used 6 times standalone with good results. I need to start getting blood work done for you guys.

Thank you for the extensive updates as it is greatly appreciated and truly helps with providing a strong resource to everyone on what can be expected. As you get more into your MK cycle you will see it continue to build and it will really begin to shine at the 3-4 week mark and continue on throughout. MK does take a bit longer to start to show but as it builds, the healing, strength and lean muscle gains just continue to grow. You will see nagging injuries start to heal and strength continue to increase. The entire stack will provide a great sense of well being, performance enhancement at the highest level, lean muscle gains, clean and sustainable growth and continuous progress and healing. You will also see lipid profile improvement as well as improvements in blood pressure. This will be a constant throughout. One thing I have learned over the years is that sometime a few good days of rest puts you in a far better place as you allow your body a real chance to recover which then produces bigger results! Get after it now!!! :D
 
Would it be a good idea to run my mk up to 8 weeks and the last 4weeks add gw? Next month I would like to start doing a lot more cardio while still hitting the weights. I'm hopping to end the cycle with nice cleaned up muscle while staying around 170lb.

i would have started the GW from the beginning bro... The best way to do this is to run mk and gw both for 12 weeks but anytime is a good time to add gw... 8 weeks will yield very nice results but 12 is where you really see huge enhancement on all fronts bro
 
Got a fantastic high intensity exercise in last night. Practiced accuracy and flexibility on a number of leg strikes and concentration to my outer biceps and obliques to finish up. I feel great today,just took my 25mg of mk-2866 with second breakfast. I was getting a little heart burn taking it first thing in the mornings and it's still working so It must have a very high absorbs ion rate. Flexibility, accuracy, energy was great. Muscle soreness/cramping went away with some creatine(need to go get more) and an extra banana mid day. Cuts are getting deeper little by little in all areas. Possibly slight fat loss. Everything feels tight, libido high. I can't find anything to say bad about mk so far. Will be adding gw when my order comes in. I also decided to extend the cycle from 6 to 8 weeks. Needed or not I'm wanting to do a pct. I'll be using a high quality natural test booster. Any advice on a good pct would be appreciated. I want to know for future cycles. Back to beast mode. Treadmill time :0 !!!!!!
 
Today I am beat to death :0!!!!! Did some treadmill and swimming. Worked in the sun for a few hours and started getting symptoms of heat exhaustion. Now: rehydrated and kicking back. Tomorrow will be rest day and maybe a slow walk on treadmill. This week I'll be getting some MMA equipment and starting speed, accuracy and endurance training with weights eod. Hopefully that gw comes in soon. Should be intense so stay tuned. I'm still dead on maintaining my 170lb and getting more cut everyday(mid section especially). With this mk you can really change what you want with your diet. My diet has not changed one bit. Lovin it. Question: will gw help with BP and heart rate?

I'm pretty sure gw greatly affects your lipids in a very positive way.

You can run clomid at 25 mg the entire 4 weeks and could also run gw in your pct and thats fine bro... that is plenty and will recover you well...
 
Stress from life is crazy. It seems almost impossible to take a break from working out. My body needs some rest and carbs and I'll bee hitting hard again by Wednesday. I didnt notice since it was bothering me as much as before but my joint pain has not been present besides my cyactice nerve issue but even that is noticeably more mild. Car wrecks suck. Feeling Good for what I have on my plate.
