I have multiple lingering joint injuries that are making my training far more difficult and it's getting worse as I age. I'm wanting to get back into any type of athletic competition and to do so need to be able to train harder than anyone else.even if not for competition I just love working out and working hard. Do sarms really help? Background: 24 years old martial arts and have been doing calestinics and lifting for almost 16 years. I have my vitamin/minerals on lock and diet is pretty easy to adjust depending what my goals are. All input is appreciated, thanks in advance.
