Day 2 of week 5. Well I actually gained about 2lbs of lean mass and a bit less fat. I lowered my gw dose to just 5mg in the morning and cut some sodium and carbs instead. The temp and humidity here is ridiculous here in Oklahoma and it seemed the gw made me feel so hot I didn't want to workout. My nuts came back to normal after a day or two on their own. Don't really know what happened there but I'm not complaining. Joints feel good with the exemption of right shoulder. Been drinking more than I should for the last couple weeks but it only seems to be affecting burning fat. Regardless of my excessive drinking I am still seeing more strength and definition. Got my shit back together and ready to hit it hard as soon as I'm off work. As soon as I recover I will be doing another cycle stacked with some lgd for the first month and run the mk for 8-10 weeks. I have two bottles of clomid so any recommendations on dose for recovering for current and future cycle would be much appreciated. Thanks again guys

awesome progress brother.. im not trying to lecture whatsoever but really watch the alcohol brother... not only is it a hindrance to your cycle but very bad for health in general and i hate to see you have unnecessary problems for no reason just because of alcohol.... just looking out for you on that one... as far as everything else, you are definitely looking good with progress... keep the updates coming and keep busting ass brother... nice work
 
Thanks for your concern. I like feeling healthy and alcohol diffidently hinders me from feeling 100%. I will be trying to better my overall health and ditching the bad habits. And I don't see it as lecturing. It's actually encouraging so thank you.

anytime brother... i quit drinking completely about 2 years ago and even before that i had stopped a lot... this is coming from someone who partied 3/4 of their 20's 4-5 days a week man... I have never felt better in my life than after i quit all of that... seriously.. its so unfulfilling, you never have anything good to show from it and leads to depression as well as bad health in general... its one thing to have an occasional drink but when it turns into a binge or a habit, its a major issue brother and i just don't want you to deal with any of that...
 
Sorry it took so long to reply. Ended up doing 10 week cycle. All joints are healed and feeling great. I went from 186 to 165 and back up to 170 by the end of the cycle. I'm now running mk677 and gw and weighed in at 182 yesterday. I'm lean, strong, flex able and can run like Forrest Gump. I will definitely be doing another cycle in about 5 weeks. Thanks for all the help guys.

Well I pulled a muscle in my neck last Friday so I avoided that muscle group for 5 days and took it easy. Back day was yesterday and my neck felt pretty good so I went on with my workout trying to take it easy. Ended up pushing myself a little too far and now I'm in excruciating pain and can't move my head without pain. I'm going to a bone and joint urgent care after work to get it checked out. I ordered some tb-500 last night and from what I understand I inject 2-5mg into the affected area, is this correct. Also I need a source for hcg. I tried running another osta cycle 3 weeks after my 10week run because I didn't show any signs of shut down so I didn't do pct. After only 4 weeks into the second run I had to discontinue do to suppression and fear of endo system damage. I did 40/30/20/10 clomid and tamox and everything seems pretty normal besides sensitive nipples with tiny lumps that come and go when the tamox/clomid wears off. I'm worried about losing my hard earned 20lbs while recovering from my injury and was considering another ostarine run to combat muscle loss. I'm currently on mk677 @25mg and 20mg of gw split dose which I will cut back to 1 10ng dose while in recomp. Thanks in advance

Make sure to take it easy for a while. It sounds like you didn't take enough time to recover and made things worse. MK-2866 will definitely help you out, but the biggest thing is to get checked out and allow enough R&R
 
I'm just finishing up my 40/30/20/10 clomid/tamox pct and just injured my neck pretty bad. I go to the orthopedic urgent care after work to see what's going on. My concern is holding on to my hard earned 20lbs. I'm currently on 25mg of mk677 and just ordered some tb-500. Should I run 12.5mg of ostarine while in recomp? I was really wanting to see how a full 10 weeks of osta/677/gw stack went @ 100% health but I want to get healed and back in the gym ASAP before I start going backwards. On the tb-500 isn't it 2-5mg twice weekly injected directly into affected area? I would also like to get some hcg to have on hand for now and future cycles. Thanks in advance.

i have injured my neck like that multiple times before, it always went away over time with rest.

the only way you would lose muscle is if you didnt work out for months or your Diet was trash. if you keep your Diet in check you wont lose muscle as Fast as you think, thats more of a mental thing then anything.

my best recommendation is to get on a healing stack asap.. i would go with mk, lgd and tb-500... for tb your dosing pattern is 5 mg per week the first 6 weeks and then 5 mg every other week... mk is 25 mg per day and lgd is 10 mg per day... this is the proper protocol for you to have the quickest amount of healing while preserving the most muscle possible as well... sarms were developed to prevent muscle wastage so not only are you getting the healing the muscle sparing as well!
 
Yeah I was stupid to hit it as hard as I did knowing I wasn't fully healed. Doc recommended 4-6 weeks off the weights and a chiropractor visit. I just started mk2866 tonight and have tb500 on the way. I'll see how it goes with that and might throw lgd in when I place my next order. Looks like r&r it is. This sucks. Looks like legs will be huge by the time I'm done. God this is killing me. Working out gets addictive for sure. I've had worse habits though. Not what I wanted to hear but I appreciate the truth, thanks guys.

Don't worry so much about it brother. You'll be fine, and your muscle won't atrophy like you think it will. Two years ago, I completely lacerated the tendon for my right thumb at work and couldn't do any upper body for about 12 weeks while recovering from the surgery with my hand splinted. I didn't worry about what I couldn't do, and concentrated on what I could. I ran some MK-2866 to help with recovery at 25mg per day, and once I was taken off of restriction, my lifts were only barely down (5-10 lbs) from where they were pre injury. I also made some nice gains on legs during that time, kept up with cardio, and didn't lose any noticeable muscle weight. My body weight remained about the same the whole time.

dont beat yourself up over it and don't get yourself down... you MUST take the necessary time to heal or you will only lengthen the problem... the most important is to get healed as quickly as you can, take care of yourself the best you can on your down time and be focused to tear it up quickly as you are healed
