The Big Tiger: A Body in Progress

Big Tiger

New member
Hi, I'm Brian, known in several places on the web as "A Body in Progress", although last January on my fitness blog I posted a picture (a "furry", I guess they are called) of a muscular tiger ripping off his shirt, and that led to several people calling me the Big Tiger as motivation to let the beast in me out when I went to the gym. So I answer to both. Or to Brian.

As I write this, I'm newly 41 and trying to kick it up a notch. I had a great summer of 2015, and looking forward to making some big improvements in my diet, my workout plans, and my overall consistency in this new "Year 41" that lies before me. I'm not a 'roider or one of the "big boys"; just a guy trying to improve his health, and maybe eventually turn a few heads at the gym, ha ha.

For work I do video production as a freelancer, including weddings, local events, and whatever I get hired for. Um ... what else? Any questions?

Good to see you :)

Guys check out his video logs. Really respectable what he is doing. I cam across him over at MS and told him to swing by here as well. Great content and an excellent addition to the board.

And believe me when I say this is the perfect place to help you acheive what you are looking for. Roids is not always the answer. We have a lot of knowledge here on diet/nutrition as well as some great training advice. Its about what makes you happy. Nobody should feel like they HAVE to do steroids. Its about being healthy and acheiving goals. That's what we are about here.

Welcome brother! We welcome you to adrenaline rush. I'm sure you will love it here. We have an awesome community and great members to support you in your journey.

I would encourage you to post those videos in our log section, and NOT the main forum or diet and training section... since it's basically what it is and not related to general info, diet or training specific threads. I don't think that section is the best for those.

If you need help with anything please let me know brother

welcome good friend, its a pleasure to have you.Your passion is admirable.
