Obviously being lean is the key to begin with. I know I notice much more vascularity on winny than anything else. I actually don't see much with EQ personally.

I’m lean as all hell and EQ had me looking super veiny.

I once ran Test, winny, anadrol and my vascularity was through the roof even on my abs.

But that cycle took a lot out of me.
